Copper/Nickel Price is the Driver

Personally, I like the PGM reserve content here, but I see the driver that will get the mine built will be copper and nickel prices.  Until their prices move up and show some staying power, I don't see funding for a mine.  If it had nodes of PGMs near the surface it might be possible for a small scale operation but I have not heard if there are any there.
