Thank you for the comment mat,
If they buy out DM they would have an option on Anto's share as well (for few more monthes.)
But that is not required, miners as big as BHP have engaged in Joint venture and have profited in past.

As you mentioned yourself the confiscation risk in this region is very small and I don't think they would worry about it. The risk here is environmental permitting. And TMM has a better permitting shot as it is underground unlike polymet.
