I also have speculated that this could be declared a part of the US strategic reserve but I really have no idea how they make such decisions. If this. were the case, however, I would think that the US govt would have to buy out DM at the same price A was willing to pay so not much risk there. I really think Anto knows this play inside out and that the deal will go ahead as planned but am still hoping for a white knight.....all imho.
