Yes, largest shareholders are Anto and wallbridge. Anto has to many other issues to care about its investment in DM and Wallbridge management seem to have personal relations with management (they share offices as well). So management has freedom to continue its shareholder value destruction. They might raise money at 10c and payback Anto loan with 5c shares and them go ahead with a consolidation.

Some people blame rocks. They don't understand that rock does not destroy shareholder value. Bad Board of direcors doeas.
