Recent strength

last week or so this has really been outperforming out of the blue.   I wonder why...
checking canadianinsider.com the CEO was selling 30k shares on March8 just before this last big run up. 
the whole REIT sector is doing better lately, and DRG was lagging so maybe its just playing catch up now?

I think the more bullish sentiment towards oil is bolstering the reit industry somewhat. Oil going up a bit is going to be good for the economy and jobs.
