Program eligibility requirements

For their application to be considered eligible, organizations must:

have a completed fleet energy assessment that recommends the actions proposed in their application
have submitted a complete proposal, including all required reference documents during the 90-day period for the Request for Proposal, by November 16, 2023, at 11:59pm EST
