Cresent Point had a big issue and no one wanted them, probably same here can't sell shares or DB, I just hope people seen what was in the pipeline, once they issued 2 million DB @ 10% interest that was a huge move and said a lot imo

Worthless Warrants! Who Knew..... I am surprised Payne didn't attempt to re-price them. After all it wouldn't be the first time.

Futile to reprice and extend the warrants as Sprott is not sinking another cent into this thing.

Sprott warrants were extended once already.

Sprott could buy more but needs possible reformulation of plans  before he would if ever, they have a ton of debt, probably needs a 10-1. RS and then let it fall to .12 again then issue a boat load and then ever doing that nothing is proven as this has never made cash in past only debt. And what other formulation is there other than share consolidation? I so care for All  imo
