The offer was 29.38

It was based on the close may 16.........enb allocated 4.1 billion for enf buyback.......that was the offer ...the ratio is what the conversion was on that day........what if enb shares went too 50.00 do you think the ratio of .70 would still apply? No of course it would not because they only offered 4.1 billion or 29.38 per share.

enb stock could go to 15.00 and the offer for enf would still be 4.1 billion or 29.38 per share......that would mean we would get 2 enb shares for 1 enf share .

i believe your mistaken a out that......go too the enbridge web site and look for the artcle called simplification........in that article it spells out the deal in detail......you will see that enb allocated 4.1 billion for the buyout of enf......29.38 per share ......the .70 ratio cant be applied because it would screw up the offer.
