FYI...Exerpt from ADD.v NR 07/27The Carbo area of northeastern British Columbia is one of the foremostREE exploration districts in Canada. A staking rush developed in thedistrict following the announcement by Spectrum Mining Corp. of asignificant REE discovery at its Wicheeda project where drillingreturned a 48.64-metre interval averaging 3.55 per cent REEs.Preliminary test work by world-recognized rare earth specialist Dr.Anthony Mariano indicated that the mineralization at Wicheeda isrelatively simple and easy to produce into a marketable concentratecompared with most other rare earth deposits in the world, includingMountain Pass in California.
This summer will see the most concentrated exploration activity in theCarbo district to date with drilling and exploration being conducted byseveral companies including Canadian International Minerals &Commerce Resources, Electric Metals & International MontoroResources, Remstar Resources, Bolero Resources, Spectrum Mining, andArctic Star.
