Of course the experts on Jervois chose to make that 16,5m raise now when cobalt prices are at the bottom (probably). A few dollars up in cobalt price means +50-100% in share price for cobalt juniors, eCobalt is not in desperate need of cash right now and could wait for a bounce in cobalt prices.
Also I think that eCobalt in their answer to the FCC letter failed to explain why using FCCs refinery with arsenic treatment is worse than building their own at 180million?
Lots of other BS in that piece like "eCobalt shareholders will continue owning 100% of ICP" yes, but among all old Jervois shareholders =) And something like "eCobalt management will continue to look after eCobalt shareholder interests in the new company", how can they when management are supposed to see to all shareholders interests, also it feels like they are at the mercy of the Jervois-boys and could get fired.
