$EDEN - First Sub-License Agreement Store Now Open Eden Empire just announced its first sub-license agreement store opening. The store is now the first EDEN retail location in Vancouver, BC, and has been operational since July 30th.
- Located 4317 Fraser Street (happens to be near a liquor store, heavily trafficked bus stop, and a residential neighbourhood)
- There are no other cannabis shops within a 1km radius (closest ones being 1km and 1.7km away), meaning that they’ll be able to secure consistent, local customers who finally have a shop within walking distance

$EDEN gets cheaper by the day. With this store now open and several others underway, I can easily say this is significantly undervalued. With a focus on branding by giving the customer a unique experience, $EDEN has a competitive advantage over most cannabis shops in the city.
Overall, a market cap of only $4.0M is extremely low for a cannabis company. Let alone one with actual retail operations and more stores opening up shortly. I’ll be keeping an eye on it and will be loading up more if it ever falls below $0.04, GLTA!
