RE:RE:EDEN is still alive!
The website is active. A simple click will prove it. And David Gdanski was appointed as CEO on August 11, 2022, replacing Gerry Trepasso. Will this help? You can check out Mr Gdanski's history with other publicly traded companies and draw your own conclusions. More importantly, the Vancouver strore on Fraser Street is permanently closed and the licensee is suing Eden. The Winnipeg store has closed and has had its property seized by the landlord as of June 7, 2022. The Salmon Arm store appears to be operating, but it is not listed on Eden's website, so it appears to now lack association to the corporation. The July monthly progress report was to be filed with the CSE by August 5. As of today, it appears to have not been filed. Finally, you may want to review the last quarterly financials, look at the cash position, and look at the ongoing lease obligations. Not a pretty picture.
