which in my mind is great news.

Also it doesn't necessarily mean that they are gearing up for PMX/EAA sales just yet either... it may just be the infrastructure for the break-away entity.

However, as others and I have said, they may want to create some more excitement around their IPO and nothing creates excitement more than promoting new streams of ( high margin) revenue. Especially ones that could exceed $1-$2B annually in time.
