Got my first sub forty shares today !
What a gift !
It's buying season again. I really didn't enjoy lightening up on my trading position ( but not my core position) in the sixties.
I suggest that everyone:
- review the EBITDA projections published by the company in their presentations for the past several years
- understand current EBITDA multiples that would help the average investor/or a potential buyer, to estimate the value of a medical device or drug company ( especially one approaching final FDA approval and one that will provide a new SOC for a deadly condition impacting well over 100,000 people annually in NA, and especially one with built in market protections i.e. market exclusivity)
- Calculate for themselves, the Probability of success/approval with consideration to evaluations made by JK in a recent paper and by Paradigm in recent updates to their report.
There is really little else that is more important to understand than these three items.
