Looks like he doesn't want to continue his version of the game at Spectral. He only got 56% last AGM and perhaps doesn't like his chances? Curious that only Seto commented on his departure. You'll recall that Seto was one of the other 56% directors last AGM. Anyway Walker takes over as Chair.
Must be an interesting story behind the scenes. One doesn't just leave voluntarily after 16 years when the company is on the verge of success. Stay tuned as this could get interesting. I love the business and fundamentals as everyone knows. I have not been happy with the governance. Let's see if they now make us happy or not. June AGM.
