RE:RE:January 31 Financials?It looks like this baby runs on news not financials, right now they have almost no revenue and a $40 million debt. The solar panel news was promissing but no financing was completed. They still need to transfer the 200 acres lot to the JV before any financing can take place for the houses to be built, no houses, no solar panels. 

History tells us that this could drag on for months if it ever happens so, too much risk for me at the moment.
