Land, nothing moves forward without it.

Now with the 2000 acres transferred to EHT's JV, CASH can be secured to start the contract. Who has ever planned on building a house, and received financing from a bank, without having the land to put it on?

That land update by Gamble was bigger than most here realize, volume flush coming our way soon. Question is, will Gamble halt trading with the cash news? All JMO.
