This is a lousy balnce sheet by any measure! There is not even good news in the detail under receivables or, indeed, inventory, except latter holds promise of minimal increase in finished goods in near term, the value of which is truly insignifcant..
Ongoing litigation exists for both residual debentures with no conclusion there and the accrued interest owing at qtr end and now is simply horrendous. (Don't know deb Trust terms but it seems holders cannot force EHT into bankcruptcy.) 
HOW AND WHEN will EHT ever earn enough money to become a going concern. Apart from big size of residual debt there is nothing big with respect to assets or prospective revs.
