Hi Budaman: Do you know who they are building houses for "starting in the next 60 days"?  Is there a contract or purchase order with a company/entitity/purchaser?  Are they developing a piece of land? I can't find that information anywhere.

I understand your point that they have the "boots on the ground" so to speak, or the kindling awaiting the spark, etc.  My simple additional query is whether there is presently a confirmed customer / order / LOI or some such other contract to get those boots moving and assembling product for
