Puerto Rico: The recapitalized EHT should be in position to take advantage of this movement towards solar.

And yes, I can't wait for the first muppet to screech why aren't EHT involved in these projects, they've missed out, etc, etc.

They very well might be involved. We are all just waiting for USA to pass infrastructure spending which should have a few crumbs (billions) for PR. Maybe Canada should annex PR as our Caribbean province. New puerto. Puerto Caribana . USA seems uninterested but they'd send aircraft carriers off halifax and Vancouver if we showed any interest. Haha.
