Recs: 5 Landmark SEC comment letter

Tommy Vallarino (tommytoyz), the head of the National Investor Protection Coalition (NIPC) has submitted a most complete and thorough comment letter to the SEC.

This letter took much time and covers the bases with ample references. Since the SEC is also seeking suggestions, Mr. Vallarino has provided them. And should the SEC not respond to them, then they will need to in a court of law.
