Of course. You are correct. It's valid to question that. I think I wasn't clear with my post to Diva.
I was speaking of the lead up to where we are today and her assertion that there is no forward thinking. In my opinion, surviving to fight another day in this business especially through the tough times I laid out speaks directly to solid leadership skills and exemplifies forward thinking.
The increase in prices is a relatively new phenomenon and I certainly do hope ESN takes full adavantage of it. I think the stock is extremely undervalued and has been for years but then investors like Diva and ariesleaf seem to be looking for huge short-term gains. I don't think this is the kind of stock that will deliver this. I think this is the kind of stock you buy for the 5 year horizon at a minimum.
This company is run by people who are long-term strategists. It's chess not checkers. There will be no fireworks and a quick double (or more) that I can see. Of course I hope I'm dead wrong on this last point. Obviously everybody would like to double their money, but I also can appreciate a safe haven for some of my money in a stock that we can all agree is undervalued and will more than likely go up over the long-term without the need for going massively into debt or taking un-necessary risks.
