I do not understand. EGL owes 36M  after buying 1/2 of Dixonville for 100M$ (by all means a bad deal). They still have drilling ops in Texas.  Even if they sell Dixonville field,  they ...more

From the beginning of that new financing, I suspected it was a way to give the co to the lenders. You will notice they did nothing to sell parts in order to pay debt. Hope for a class action
