I have been trying for so long to get a sense of the relationship between BH corporate and what it took to get DPC approved to be a licensee in this ESS VPP business ?
I can remember Holland on SCS looking almost embarassed when he announced the relationship between DPC and EGT.

I guess we now know why.

Almost too wishy washy for me, to be using the name Duracell ?

Who is DPC anyway and how deep are their resources ?

Who is DPC anyway and how deep are their resources? There is NOT a company - DPC - Duracell Power Centre. It is purely  marketing - i.e. branding. Duracell - the corporation acquired by Berkshire Hathaway, licenses that phrase/logo/marketing name  to a number of small companies including one in San Jose, California named Power Centre that appears to be the one where Eguana sold product.

Can you point us to any site that can elluminate who DPC is and what their past has looked like. What is their past business and what history they have. Are they a start up to market BESS/VPP 's ? Do you have a contact number and name for DPC. As a Duracell licensee what relationship does the DURACELL reputation have on the Licensee's agreement with BH ?

It's not public and I imagine they are registered as a numbered company in California. What would be the process for DPC to have been allowed to use the Duracell name as an official licensee. I would think that it was an entry effort to test the market. Itochu with BH had to have some input with a request from Eguana to have a retail marketer in the US. Duracell had no history of any kind in the BESS market. Eguana U had to have some retail referrance to give it a legit sale point

Possibly there is some merit to removing existing management and some directors to give the company a chance to "Re-Market, Re-Present itself in North America" In order for that to be successful, it would be necessary to find a Face for the Company that already has credibility and I have no ideas as to whom that might

SCS Steve would have had his viewers believe the DPC duracell relationship was earth shattering news and  a major breakthrough for EGT. Holland's body language spoke an entire different story in that video. Like the cat that ate the goldfish. But then JH is a rectal orifice AT BEST !!!!
