The only reason I can see .....................
that Holland is still there is due to the plan that Itochu has in making a fundamental change in the direction that Eguana is going. WE OWN THE BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS !!!!
Looks like retail will be Duracell's bellywicky as a relationship with manufacturing will be spread out throughout the globe for feeder units to the VPP grid feeds, so not a centralized ASSEMBLY SYSTEM.
Batteries is a whole different story.
These are the things that people are afraid of as they explode and burn your home down.

Like in Australia EGT has back door closing schemes and avoids any "FORMAL CLOSING" on any long term relationships regardless of what they state as done things they undue them ????

Itochu supporting EGT for the science being developed as they own the SYSTEMS as stated in their press release from 2020 I believe
