RE:NewsWhy do they need AGM approval for this.....The Approval that the Directors first issue cease and desist notifications against any party hindering the continued business and listing of the ELECTRA, and if required grant the Directors the right to pursue civil and criminal charges against any individuals impeding the ELECTRA daily business.
