LowHigh - That is what I thought some time ago and yet the disappointing closes continue.  The stock cannot seem to get any traction. Today's 99 cent close puts us at 52% down from the $2.06 high.

Getting close to my stinker at .93. TIME WILL TELL. NOT yelling.

Ugh, this has me checking in often which I hate to do. Did not think It would cause me this much anx but what are you going to do...let's wait on latest report.

LowHigh - Today's action is not too surprising considering the almost $50 drop in gold . . . Gold will not be manipulated down indefinitely.  When it reverses upward, so will the royalty streamers.

lower highs and lower lows. Looks like a bull flag, however its constantly trending down. To break the downward movement from flag, ELY would need to close above 1.3 by a clear margin and close above that on a weekly basis.  quite a vicious move down since July highs. i am going to hold what i have, not looking to add more at this point until i start seeing some strength.  Need the ...more

cyanide - Recall that the gold bull takes as few riders with him as possible . . . If memory serves, we saw lower lows in gold last December than we have thus far in February. Ely's all-time high was $2.06 and it is not uncommon for these gold juniors to re-trace by 50%.  We are a bit past that but not by much.

for myself still waiting for .70 cent range to buy in again
Comment by LowtoHigh on Feb 02, 2021 7:57pm
True, but I think we have to see how long it hovers at the $1 mark. True it's been down big since it's high,  it most stocks are as they climb out of COVID. Next few days will tell if it breaks through to another ceiling.

don't take this wrong way but why would one expect a higher share price with so little cash flow? I know the pipe line has some interesting projects in the future but there are competitors with much higher cash flows and low market cap as well. The reverse split to get exposure on nyse has pro" and cons. My worry would be with the small cash flow it would be hard to make further deals ...more

Concerns are valid. I am leaning on their revenue projections outlined in their presentation to improve upon their short term cash flow. what does concern me is the reverse stock split scheduled for this year to get listed on NYSE. Sometimes that can be hit or miss...thoughts?

I believe the price drop is due to Wallbridge postponing its production and no word from them (Wallbridge) as to what their actual plan is. I blame Wallbridge for this drop . This was to be a big part of Ely revenue.
Comment by Shylockreturns on Feb 03, 2021 2:24pm
Jeepfan - I agree in that I believe Wallbridge Mining is a very substantial part of Ely's value and still will be a big part of Ely's revenue, especially going forward. WM's exploration and development plans are explained in their 2021 press releases on their website.  Go to the material linked below and read all of it: https://wallbridgemining.com/site/assets/files/1634/wm ...more

Projected revenue growth is 42% per year for the next sevral years. Zero debt currently. Sprott owns 36 million shares, he apparently likes ELY a lot! RBC also has a 2% interest. Seems like a no brainer too me.

I'm considering adding more if it goes below .97 again like it touched this week. I guess I believe in the undervalue of this stock.

You may be on to something. Trend is identical for past several days. Opens strong, then falters to a loss at close...madening.
