Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders dated Dec. 3, 2008, the company has consolidated its capital on the basis of one new for five old shares. The name of the company has not been changed.
Effective at the opening on Thursday, Dec. 18, 2008, common shares of Ecometals Ltd. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis. The company is classified as a mineral exploration/development company
