Yep, going down faster than my ex-wife. Combination of 22 million shares becoming free-trading on March 11 and a pathetic attempt to remain relevant and stem the tide by forming an alliance with a SA oil producer. The problem is the 21 million is just the beginning. You have founders shares , cheap warrants, options and the last $3.63 placement all coming 'unlocked' in quick succession. I truly feel for those who participated in the $3.63. They will be holding the bag for a while, maybe forever.
