RE:RE:RE:Jammer smokes mids

RE:RE:RE:Jammer smokes midsThere are two prices for Emblem.

1)  Publicly-Quoted: which has gone from $4.60 in December to $1.65 today.

2)  Private price: which was $1.15 in December because of the private placement.

These two prices will converge because markets are relatively efficent over time (MBA 101).  And I am saying that it is likely to fall to the lower end because there were more shares traded through the private placement than the public market.  There could even be a stampede reaction because humans are social animals (Evolutionary Psychology 101).  This could even cause the shares to be undervalued, in which case I would be a buyer.  There are lots of examples of companies that have traded below the cash they have on the balance sheet, simply due to the waves of fear and greed that effect every irrational investor in the stock market.

Unfavorable supply and demand fundamentals are the big picture.  There are a lot of license holders with big ideas.  That is great for consumers.  On the whole, your company might be executing one of the better strategies in the market, with respect to both the physical location of the factory and the fact that you raised plenty of capital to weather a prolonged period of intense competition.

But I invest in securities.  And to me it is clear that the Public Price will fall towards the Private price, likely falling below the fair value of the securities due to herd behaviour from investors. And if it fell what I percieved to be the fair value of the security then I would be happy to buy the shares.

This isn't anything personal, and my intention is not to offend you or insuld you.  I am just presenting an opposing narrative to the one being dictated by your company.  And I have the disadvantage of a smaller platform.  But there are a few specific people in the audience that I want to give a lesson too.  They know who they are.  Although they don't understand this right now, I am doing this because it is for the best.  They might be angry at me today, but I think in 10 years they will have a different opinion.  This is a hard lesson to learn, but you will be a much better person if you take it seriously and learn it as quickly as possible.  Then find something more productive to do.  You are more talented than you think.

I will exit this platform now. And let things run their natural course.  I hope everyone takes the time to enjoy this company's products with your old friends, because they are the most important thing in your life.  Take care everyone.

You think the stock price will crash because competition from the 40 other licenses. Prove that these no-name producers will a.) grow as much and benefit from economies of scale in a similar timespan as the current top 10 leaders (canopy, aph, acb, organigram, emc, emh, etc.) b) know how to grow dank I have a feeling you have never even seen good weed. you think all weed is when someone throws seeds in a patch of dirt. you know nothing about genetics, or selective selection of good phenos, or growing mediums, or cannabinoids, or pharmacology. you think because people can toss some seeds in dirt and sell it at $2 a pop that the top LPs will fail. LMAO you're only argument is the black market has the supple. Ok, now tell me how's the Colorado black market doing? go back to your mids, m8. notice how your whole post is a red herring
