SL is the over weight one. EMC is the younger, hotter sister. Half the market cap, like you said, at an all time low. Perfect time to take a position. If you have Chemdog who's been one of the most vocal opponents of EMC telling you "it's time to buy EMC"...i would say it's time to buy EMC.
