RE:RE:Seeking Alpha ArticleI agree that was a horribly written article but at Emblem is finally starting to get some attention.
I assume you comment about staying above 2.93 for 10 days was in regards to the November debentures. Check out the latest prospectus, every single one of those debentures were converted last week without Emblem having to envoke the forced conversion. This is one of those under the radar things that most people don’t pay attention to but I think it is very significant. Why on earth would anybody convert those now? They left a lot of money on the table. Also, the fact that they all converted at once tells me 8 Capital held on to all of them, they didn’t resell any of them which makes sense why I never saw them offered for sale. The question is why? The current ones are being offered for sale so we won’t get so lucky with these ones.
