Where are EMCs current Financials?
Where are EMCs current Financials? I'm finding it difficult to valuate this company due to a lack of information. The latest financial reporting I found online is from September of 2017 which is a long time ago. Does anyone know where to find more current data?
I saw someone post that the company is worth at least $125M because they have $85M in the bank and valuated the license at $40M (not sure where this value came from). However, this is definitely not accurate because we know they have at least $25M in debt in the form of Convertible Debentures (and they are paying 8% interest on that $25M). Do they have other debt? Loans, lines of credit, a mortgage on their current property? Without complete financials it's not possible to properly determine the value of EMC.
The initial stock offering by EMC was at $0.50. It's probably worth more than that now, but it's impossible to determine what that number is.
Any info out there?
