RE:fox Look at the full detail from that day. His was just transferring shares from one of his personal corps to another. GHE Management sold 2.6M units and GHF management purchased 2.6M units the same day. As you said this was during the lock up so he was not allowed to sell but this was allowed since it was just a transfer between to corps that were under his control.
