Still a pending application that according to the link was applied for in May 2017. I don't thnk anything is going to be built on Emblem's Paris land anytime soon.
The addresses of the 80 acre site was disclosed in the annual information form filed on Sedar in October:
On May 30, 2017, the Corporation, through ECC and through its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Emblem Realty Ltd., agreed to purchase two (2) parcels of land located at 539 and 557 Paris Road, Paris, Ontario, aggregating approximately eighty (80) acres for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $7.9 million. The purchases were completed on June 23, 2017 and July 27, 2017, respectively.
