Should they not, there are many contingencies in the contract that de-risk the agreement for us. If for whatever reason Aphria can't meet it's commitment to us, they will have to source that supply from a third party at their own cost. Our costs do not change. Should they go bankrupt, we will received the remainder of the unused deposit. We are currently relying on Aphria for our first big jump in supply, but we are still free to sign agreements with other producers.
I have been quietly watching this stock tank. Hopefully this isn't the end of the line.
