RE:RE:Will

RE:RE:Will I am just going to read the linkedin profiles of each of the people you mentioned, and add my interpretation.

Nick Dean was an advertising exec. So great at talking (selling things), but what technical base does he have in the medical industry, let alone cannabis.

Nick Dean lead one of Canada's largest advertising agencies and has been an executive or  director of large companies for 13 years. Bruce Linton was on a "board of directors" for 5 years, and aside from that has 0 yrs of actual leadership experience before Canopy. Nick Dean is corporate, has an MBA and has been through the grinder of working at a top level executive position at a large firm. He has also worked with the biggest brands in alcohol. He's the kind of guy that gets headhunted, and in case you haven't noticed emblems strategy is to focus on branding, which in all indications has worked for them. So yes, I would say he is very qualified compared to some of the outrageously false credentials you see in this sector.

Adam Sapeiro is president of a cannabis education company. Related yes, but what experience does he bring from a real medical field?

worked for 5 years as director of operations in a major healthcare company and worked in a manufacturing company as a senior project manager for 7 years. So healthcare and manufacturing, given that emblem focuses on healthcare and manufacturing value added products I would say his experience is very relevant.

The above two guys are 30 yr olds (I think), who are ambitious, but perhaps in over their heads.

Nick is 42 if he went straight through highschool and university, not that age matters. Given that he has already worked in a senior executive position I would say he is not over his head.

The CFO is legit, but you dont need Cannabis or medical experience to determine if a company's financially solvent. Or to create 3 and 5 Year Financial Plans/Projections.

Yes you do, predicting expenses is entirely dependant on the sector, as are the sources of capital.

And we all know about Wayne Kreppner, and what influence he had at Concordia.

What exactly do you think his role was at Concordia? Tell me please, tell me exactly what his role was. He was COO during Concordia's precipitous rise, which was mostly fueld by hype (Ie Pump), and then he was president during their fal, which was mostly fueled by crippling debt taken on by his predecessor and founder of concordia mostly in secret.

The Board of Directors should influence a shake up of leadership, and bring in some real veterans to give a competitive advantage in this competitive marketspace.

They have. See above. Who are you comparing them to? Vic Neufeld? Sketchbag extroardinaire.

Those are just my thoughts though, I may be wrong. Maybe these guys will turn it around.

Thank you. You are wrong. But as everyone, you are entitled to your opinion. Now, I would appreciate an actual informed response to each point.
