The takeover price depends on the price of ALEF.V! Right now ALEF.V is at 1.38, and the company will give 0.8377 shares per each share of Emblem. This converst to $1.16 a share at today's price of $1.38.
If ALEF.V continues to go down, so does the takeover price/conversion price. This is why the EMC.V stock price continued to fail today, cause ALEF.V fell by 4%.
