cause how is brave enough now to vote no and take the chance of EMC goes back to the levels prior this merger announcement....remeber DEC 23rd    EMC was at   0.89 !!!!

lets merge and keep making some cash....and if you have any left....throw some in the warrants ...at  0.35    its an easy double if aleafia stays above $2.77
