Good points, dmacd and I agree that at some point, oversupply will become an issue. Margins are higher with medical cannabis and in many cases, insurance companies will cover the cost. However, be careful using Oregon as an example of overproduction. They are not allowed to sell beyond state lines and with a small population, oversupply was a given. The future of cannabis is not just smoking but edibles, beverages, oils, creams etc. The first movers will have an advantage but not forever.
