a sudden push up in the share price...then a warrant bought deal??
not saying its a coincidence, but it kinda seems that way

Not that weird . Smart actually .Stewart or any large investor could manipulate this with another account like a wife's business with enough $ you run the SP up, dilute less to raise $ ,without having a catalyst. Smart , if it could be done ? We see how market reacts? Not going to lie , I kinda hope this dumps so I can pick it back up. After a raise ,some point we this lower then now . I'

Really, do you actually believe that a veteran like Stewart would  jeopardize his position and jail time to do illegal insider trading as you're suggesting. Another conspiracy theory.

No coincidence at all, and not all that weird. An unexplainable increase in share price will often be followed by a placement of shares, in my experience. It provides the underwriter(s) a better vantage point from which to sell the shares, in this case 'special warrants', they bought from the company to their clients. It is my understanding that the underwriters found a home for the 2,754
