I believe I heard March 17th, 2017 is the date they can start selling their shares.  I also heard Emblem took measures to reduce the amount of volalilty that will happen as a result but some volatily should be expected.

I agree.  Unless Emblem has some mind blowing announcement timed for March this should see a signifcant drop off in price when the March 11th hold is released.  Think about it.  They'll have to not only justify current SP but also encourage those investors to hold and not sell for a 200-300% profit.  Easier said than done.

Actually, Srednasweden, I think your dates are wrong. I am in the private placement (IPO) and we have a 4 month hold. The stock opened in early December. That puts the date in April, not March or June. Does that make sense? Maybe I'm missing something? Juxtaposition
