Annual Meeting
I will buy one share, just so I can go to the annual meeting in Toronto on August 16.
Even though I would lose $1.55 on the investment, I could get a free lunch or some product samples at the meeting (value > $10).
I would also get the chance to ask some specifics about the land that was purchased for $7.7 million. I have been doing my own research, and it seems like management inflated the price in return for some kickbacks in hard cash. I am sure other shareholders would love to know if management is stealing from the company.
