Just phoned the company to talk to Nick Dean the new CEO.The lady who answered the phone said i could not talk to him but would pass on message.I asked for his e-mail and can not give me that.
And that say's it all about this company.Keep everyone in the dark.

Well that explains why i can't talk to him.I have tried a few times to get a hold of Ali Mahdavi there ir guy but no luck.

Odd, I’ve exchanged a number of emails with Ali and spoken with him on the phone in the last couple weeks.

Great.Can you ask him if the deal has closed.

I think it is safe to say that it isn’t or else they would have sent out a NR. Regarding your comment in the other post, I agree that upsizing the deal doesn’t mean it has been closed but it would be very bizzare for an oversubscribed deal to fall apart unless it was Emblem that pulled the plug and if it was Emblem that pulled the plug I would be very happy because they would only do so if they

 i would love if they pulled the plug on this financing deal and waited a little more, i really think they could get a deal in the high 2's if they wait another quarter or so

They will run out of money before then but maybe they can get closer to $2 with only a 1/2 warrant by delaying a couple weeks. I highly doubt that will happen though, I am sure there will be a NR about closing next week. I don’t think pulling the plug would put them in the good books with the I banks for future financings.
