Merger
When u have a merged entity between Emblem and Aleifia, it should trade higher than just a share price of Aleafia all by itself, unless the market says otherwise.

While that might be true to a degree I think by now the merger is pretty much baked into the PPS for ALEF

Im not so sure if it is baked in at this point. I think a lot of investors might still be sitting on the sidelines to see how the vote goes. This could have a nice pop after a yes vote and then emc-alef will uplist to the nasdaq with a 2-1 r/s. After that it could head up into the teens over the summer. JMHO.

I own both EMC and ALEF. i think it will pop too if merger goes through. I am a bit worried if it doesn't though especially for EMC. Think it will pass?
