Rollercoaster is upside down in a loop.

This "term sheet" is not official yet.The IMC(international mining company) will probably want to renegotiate .

This financing can't even be for this year since no official drilling has been mentioned.Samples are pending on some rocks.

No official drilling in 2023,would mean no results until restart of 2024 drilling.Q3 2024?

Another financing in 2024 at an all time low.

A year of waste,a year of salaries,tsx listing fees and time.

The company has not changed their communication style.

The junior market is also broken.
