Tc . and all others,  you really have to wonder why the american banks have a stranglehold on the world ,. Canada has a banking system , as well as all other countries.  It seems the markets run for a hiding place when the americans are in trouble ... If the shoe was on the other foot and the americans banks were making {milking} money from investors and borrowers, who'd care if the rest of the world markets tumbled if they had internal problems , IE: RBC, TD etc was in trouble in Canada .  I doubt highly the nyse would plummet ... so why the hell does the tsx fall when they are in trouble ? You'd think that Canadian companies etc, would have investors pumping money into this market{tsx} ... Geez I'm fed up with having the US rule the world !!!! If Canada and the tsx was in trouble their markets would thumb their nose and say ,tough S*it... So why isn't the tsx thriving? 
 PS , I'm only asking questions for posters thoughts , not angry with posters , We are all trying to make a buck on this market  Why is our stock market dependent on their crappy economy , which was fueled by their greedy lending institutions , among other Yankee errors... ?
