Actually, if ENG is in the dark about the facts of the discovery, there are not in the dark about the operator calling a meeting to discuss 2009 plans ..... so they know something is up and disclosed the same to the public.
The German newspaper is reputable, so I guess they have heard something that is in all likelihood fact
So I am guessing that something is up, and at these prices ... risking a thousand bucks could be worth you'll while.
Only my opinion.
