The Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), 2D Seismic Acquisition - One of the most challenging projects is in progress nowadays, when the surveying and clearance of the seismic lines in a jungle environment is terminated. The seismic crew is executing the drilling stage, so that some 30% of it is done - and in the next week the recording is planned to begin. During the project, some 200 local employees are involved and it is envisage that at the pick the number will increase to 300 of them. The project is conducted on behalf of EnerGulf (Huston Texas, USA) and includes 203 Km. along 13 seismic lines.
