SOCO delay,testing?
SOCO delay,testing?According to Soco they were supposed to have reached target depth in the Bayingu well yesterday.
There is a new presentation on their website from the 11th of january,on that presentation it seems as the
drilling could continue for another 7-14 days.Could be an ordinary delay,I hope its due to testing though,we will see.
They had a presentation dated the 23th of november 2010,on that presentation they would resume drilling at Nganzi
early in september 2011.In this latest presentation from the 11th of january they are going to start drilling again late
in september.It seems as if there has been a delay for about 2 weeks.
In this latest presentation they have added leads in the south close to Lotshi.There is the H prospect they are
drilling now and immediately around that prospect there are three leads.If they find oil there it will prove
that the migration pathway theory functions and it will be positive for Lotshi.
Sometimes in between now and late september ENG is supposed to use the same rig.
